The Group

Comital SpA, the holding company of the Comital Group, directly produces thin rolled aluminium foil in its plant in Volpiano (province of Turin) and controls companies that work in the following business areas:

1. Cuki Cofresco SpA, which specialises in the production and sale of food packaging and containers for preserving and cooking food - both in the mass consumer sector (with its Cuki and Domopak brands) and in the professional sector (with its Cuki Professional and Europack brands) - and in household goods and cleaning products (with its Domopak Living and Domopak Spazzy brands);
2. Ariflex SpA, with facilities in Spinetta Marengo (province of Alessandria), which specialises in the production of flexible aluminium packaging for food manufacturers and the pharmaceutical industry;
3. Comital Skultuna AB (Sweden), a Swedish plant which specialises in thin aluminium foil.

Comital SpA also owns FTS SpA (Fibre e Tessuti Speciali), a company that specialises in manufacturing fabrics with special fibres and technical fabrics - produced in its San Maurizio Canavese plant (province of Turin) - designed for industrial applications as well as the composite materials sector (for the automotive, nautical, antiballistic and construction industries and for industry in general).
