The Group

Comital SpA is the holding company of the Comital Group which, in the headquarters and the production site in Volpiano (TO), directly produces aluminum foil and controls the Swedish plant of Comital Skultuna AB, a company specialized in ultrathin aluminum foil production. 

The Group's core business includes the activities of Cuki Cofresco SpA, the controlled company specialized in (i) food packaging and containers for food in the "consumer" market under the brands Cuki and Domopak and in the "professional" market with Cuki Professional and Europack brands, (ii) storage products marketed as Domopak Living and (iii) garbage bags under Domopak Spazzy brand. 

Comital SpA also controls FTS SpA, a company specialized in manufacturing fabrics with special fibres, produced in the new plant in Volpiano, for industrial applications in the automotive, nautical, antiballistic sectors and for construction or other industry in general.
